The Training at the End of the Second Term in 2015--2016
The training at the end of the second term was held in the lecture room of the west campus in July 8th,2016. The whole stuff ,more than 180 persons took part in the training. Dai Benrong ,the vice head master host the training activity.The training included the morning section and the afternoon section.
The theme of the morning section is Combination Modern Technology With Classroom Teaching. Dai Benrong has shared the video made by the teachers in our school. The video was about the regular steps of flipped classroom, Apps used on mobile phone and mind map. Liao Xin ,the teacher of our school, has also introduced the function of sharing the homework among the students in QQ. Xu Jing ,another teacher of our school, has showed the works which won the prize before and shared the enlightenment to the teachers.
The theme of the afternoon section is about some new ideas and conceptions
This section was secondary training and hosted by the teachers who had be trained out of the school before.They have shared what they had seen, heard,felt and gotten.then they also tell how to use these new knowledge in the teaching activities.Xiao Chanchan has reported Classroom of 1+1 Problem Solution. Wang Jun has reported Interactive Simulation Courseware Design; Tang Zhenyu has summarize the professional knowledge learned in The Campus Football Coaches Senior Training. Dai Benrong and Li Yan reported the training in Beijing.
The training activities not only gave the ideas to solve how to teaching,but also set up the modern and advanced education ideas and helped to master scientific learning methods, from Which the teachers benefit a lot.
